Registration Overview

Read all of the information below before registering.

•Before registering, make certain administrator@newportsoccer.org will not be blocked by your spam filter, otherwise you will not receive your registration receipt with attached Medical Release.

•NYSC has three registration categories:  Clinic U6-U7, Recreational and Mod Rec U8-U18, and Club Select U12-U18.  To register children in multiple categories, finish and select payment option for the first child's registration then choose "Back to Online Registration"  More info

•Registration for Clinic, Mod Rec and Rec soccer is open April 1st –May 31st.   More info

•Registration categories of "U#" refer to what age the player will be "under" at the July 31st cut off date.  More info

•All recreational players are required to play on a team at their age appropriate level.  Read all of the "Play Up Policy" if you want to register your child to play up.  More info

•Returning players must review pre-filled information on the registration form and make sure it is current.

•If you played with NYSC last year, please do not create a new member account this year.  Contact us at administrator@newportsoccer.org if you need help.

•All players new to NYSC this year must provide proof of age.  NO EXCEPTIONS!  More info

•NYSC has a team placement policy for returning players, new players, and players wishing to switch teams.  More info

•NYSC does not "provide" recreational soccer coaches.  Just as in most children's sports, the coach is a parent of a child on the team.  Your child may be placed on a team that has no volunteer coach, and a parent from the team will be expected to become a coach for that team.

•If you want to be a head coach (new or returning), please register on the website as soon as possible.  More info

•The U6-U7 Clinic does not have individual teams and coaches.  For time/date/location information Click Here

•NYSC offers financial aid to qualified applicants.  More info

•Refunds will only be granted in the event of a change in the status of the player.  More info
